In Blakeman’s view the Obama Health Care Reforms are dangerous, costly and unnecessary. As Blakeman points out it’s terrifying that one of his opponents Senator Gillibrand voted in favor of reducing Medicare benefits for senior citizens who have worked their entire life and contributed their taxes while raising the amount of people who have not contributed to the revenues of the country. This is another example of ordinary Americans paying the price for crazy liberal ideals that punish those who make this country great. In my view there is no equality in that. This is not robbing the rich to pay the poor, this is stealing from ordinary families.
Blakeman is of the belief that although the current health care system is not perfect but it does function very well for most people and gives a high standard of care. He believes the current plans simply destroy the current system when we should be doing some reforms on the current health care system. Blakeman accepts that there are needy people who need better access to health care and this is an issue that has to be tackled. However he does not accept that a major overhaul is required especially one that is going to cost billions in taxes to ordinary American families. The implications of this health care plan will be felt for generations.
Obama is using tax payers money to build a legacy for himself. This has become a vanity project that will leaver hard working Americans saddled with a monstrous government debt that will not be paid off for decades and perhaps it will never be cleared. It is up to people like Blakeman if he is elected and ordinary citizens to make our voices heard. We cannot let this crazy over spending continue we must bring Washington to account.
